After having explored the world, you should return to Balamb city. Park nearby so you won't have to walk for too long Galbadian guards will stop you upon entering the village, so run back and forth and keep pestering them until they will let you in (Squall should trick one of the guards into thinking he has valuable Ellone- related information!). Talk to all of the inhabitants, and most importantly, visit Zell's mom for a few funny scenes. Go to the hotel, then bcak to Zell's house and he will finally let you go into his room. Search for the leader and talk to everybody, including the dog. Now you can either wait half an hour (literally!) and then ask again at the hotel, or you talk to various people in the right order until you find the damn guy; namely: the soldier with the dog, Zell's mom, the soldier inside the train station and finally, the dog at the docks. Now you should be able to follow the dog. Yes it's a lot of running around, and yes it's very annoying. Now, before you go back to the hotel and get yourself into a major fight, make sure you're ALL SET. Be healed, be stocked up on healing items and sort your spells, junction wisely: defend yourself against air and thunder- attacks especially, but also against...well all other kinds of magic, really. And physical attacks. And everything else. Because you'll be up for one hell of a fight against.....

You'll fight Rai-Jin first, then the both of them together. These two guys are weak against poison, so make good use of that weakness. Also, draw Pandemona from Fu-Jin at the beginning of the fight, not only to get the GF but also because she will lay off some of her more evil attacks if you do so. Which doesn't mean she will be weak from that point on... Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES use thunder- based attacks, because it will heal both of them. You should also try to focus on one of them first and then kill off the second person. I usually kill off Rai-Jin first, but that's entirely up to you, really. You can also try to use Sleep on him to shut him up for a few rounds. Good luck. After the fight, you will receive some nice rewards though- especially the Megalixir and Combat King may come in handy. :)

They will both leave after the fight. Such wusses! You'll find yourself on the garden bridge, and one decides to go to Trabia Garden next. Now that was a short stage, wasn't it? So let's head off to Trabia Garden, which is on the northeastern continent. It's a bit hidden and located close to a mountain range, but not too hard to find.
