You'll find this GF in the Tomb of the Unknown King. When Caraway asks you to go there, enter it further and fight Sacred, then defeat both Sacred and Minotaur and they will join you. Not exactly the strongest GF either, but the abilities! Holy cow, junction them to any character for an early whopping +80% HP bonus.
