Rock Beach Cave

I hate this ship. I get Seasick just by looking playing
this part. Go up and flip the top switch so that it
is pointing right (and the lower one is pointing left).
This will open the door at the lower part of the
area. Grab the Sword from the chest. Go down the
hallway, but watch out for the charging Knight. Kill
the troops then go for the Knight. Once they are
gone, go upstairs.
You will now be met with a line of troops. This
won't be easy. Kill the first one that comes to you,
then start running up the stairs and do a Running
Slash to the enemies by the stairs. Go back down
down and do it again until each enemy is defeated.
Open the chest at the lower side of the boat for some
Beef. Now head for the front of the boat.
At the front is a man dressed in black. This is Silver
Armlet (or the one who wields it). He says that
Ali (or Gold Armlet as he calls him), cannot stop
him and that Ali will be sorry that he tried. A
gargoyle then swoops down and takes Silver Armlet
away.
It's not over yet though. After Silver Armlet flies
away, he sends 2 Gargoyles to attack. This battle
is pretty easy, if you picked up that sword in the
inner ship like I told you to. As they are flying,
just use a Jumping Slash. Two hits with the Sword
will kill them both. Watch out for their fireballs.
Keep attacking with the sword. If you don't have
a sword (shame on you), wait for them to land then
Slash them with the Ali Knife.
After defeating the Gargoyles, Ali takes thes ship
and follows Silver Armlet. You land on a rocky
beach. There are no enemies in this land until you
get to the cave, so feel free to look around. Make
sure to pick up the Broad Sword from the chest
just below the entrance to the cave. Once you have
it, enter the cave.
The first thing you want to do is switch the left and
the right switches to open a hidden door (the
switches should go left-right-right). Go inside and
grab the items. A Ham, a Fire Bow, a Blue Gem,
and a Red Gem. If you have the Infinate Fire Bow,
than the Fire Bow here is just a waste of space. Get
out of that room.
Go right and down. Push the boulder out of the way
while watching out for the Bomber. Once it is out
of the way, go up and kill the Bomber. Open the
chest with the Bombs (if you have enough Hyper
Bombs, don't bother picking these up). Defeat the
Knight and throw a bomb into the pit with a button
in it to release a chest with some Beef. Now go
down a bit to another button. Go below it and throw
a bomb on it. Run for the stairs and go up them
before the Gyser gets turned back on. Grab the
Green Key in the Chest.
Go through the upper door. Quickly jump down to
the water and press the button to stop the rocks
from falling. Open the chest and grab the Gold Key.
Go up the stairs and left to the Green Door. Open
it. Go up and open the Gold Door. Grab the Red
Key in the chest and go back down. Jump into the
water right by the chests. Grab the Green Key from
the chest. Follow the flow of water until you are
back to the room with the falling boulders. Press
the button and exit the room to the bottom.
Bomb the Ice to death on the left side of the area.
Go left until you see a Gargoyle. Get out your Broad
Sword and Jump Attack the Gargoyle to death.
Once dead a ball will drop on the button and stops
the gyser. Grab the Gold Key from one of the chests
and open the Green Door. Go through the door and
equip the Fire Bow (Infinate if you have it). Go
through the door.
Don't flip the switch yet. Go up the stais and shoot
any Zombie you see with the Fire Bow (which will
kill them in one shot). Once they are gone, flip the
switch to stop the boulders. Go up the stairs. Next
light the campfire with a Bomb or a Fire Arrow.
Grab the Grapes from the chest and kill the Cave
Rats to reveal an Orange Mushroom (which restores
100% of both HP and SP). Go right and open the
door.
Defeat the troops to make a Mad Ogre appear.
Multi Kick him to death to make the stairs appear.
Go up the stairs. Don't go through the Red Door yet.
Behind the Waterfall is a wall that can be destroyed.
Bomb it or kick it down. Crawl inside for an Atomic
Bow, the most powerful Bow in the game. Go back
out and jump into the water. Go left and up the stairs
for a Blue Key. Go back into the water and let it
take you all the way back to the bottom. Press the
button to stop the boulders and take the door to the
left.
Follow until you reach a locked door. Use the
Blue Key to unlock it. Go through and fight 2
Ogres and 2 Blue Flames. Get out your Broad
Sword again and wipe out the whole group, as
two Ogres are tough to kill with Multi Kicks. When
everything is dead, 4 chests will drop, which include
a Dytto Call, an Efreet Call, a Red Gem, and a
Blue Gem. Go out the left side. Grab the Hyper
Bomb and jump down. Go left and up the stairs.
Now unlock the Red Door and go through it.
Go up the stairs and throw a bomb onto the button
to reveal 3 chests. One contains another Broad
Sword (you might need it), some Garlic, and a Red
Gem. Jump down from the left side. Use the Fire
Bow or a Bomb to light the unlit torch. Make sure
that you have full HP and SP before going on.
Summon Dytto through the gyser and go through the
door.
This fight can be difficult. Your best bet is to have
Dytto use her Magic Storm which will take out a
lot of HP from the Rock Monster. While Dytto is
doing her thing, stay out of range ofhis arms and
keep throwing Power Bombs or Bombs at him
(don't use the Hyper Bombs just yet, you might
need them later). If your HP runs low, have Dytto
heal you, and if your SP runs low, use an item.
Keep using Magic Storm. At 1/2 HP, the Rock
Monster will use a bounce attack. Magic Storm can
stop this.
Keep up the attacks and grab the Pendant from the
chest. This Pendant (or Necklace) will allow you
to heal your HP while in the sunlight. Anyways,
exit through the door.
