Like chapter 23, this chapter also has two different maps. You'll get Kenneth's map if the sum of your magic user's levels is higher than the sum of your weapon user's levels, and you'll get Jerme's map if it's the other way around.

To get Harken, you must NOT open more than 3 doors by the end of turn 9.
To get Karel, you must open more than 3 doors by the end of the turn 9.

The enemies in this chapter are a bit harder than before, take advantage of those narrow ways.
If you want to get Harken, then just stay put for a few turns until the snow stops and then move out. Move carefully and use the narrow ways to take the enemies out one by one.
Or if you want to get Karel, then move fast and be prepared with lots of door keys. You can also rescue your thieves and drop then near doors.

Boss Strategy:
Jerme is a fairly weak boss. The only think you should watch out for is his critical kills. But there's nothing you can do about it. So you should just let a lance user with good resistance/defence attack him. Pegasus knight is a good choice.

2 Falconknight(lower tight corner) before your 7th turn
2 Wyvern Rider, 1 Wyvern Lord(upper left corner) before your 8th turn
2 Nomad(Upper right corner), 1 Nomad Trooper(Upper right corner), 1 Hero(Harken) before your 10th turn
2 Cavalier(upper right corner), 1 Paladin(upper right corner) before your 14th turn
2 Wyvern Rider, 1 Wyvern Lord(upper left corner) before your 15th turn
2 Cavalier(upper right corner), 1 Paladin(upper right corner) before your 19th turn
