Status Problems
Note: If you level up when you have a status condition, it will go
away. All status conditions go away after the battle except for Virus
and Blind.
Special Note: When you get Absolute Zero, he will go Beserk if he's
got less than 25% LE. A Cooler will not cure him. Instead,
refill his LE.
Status Condition |
What it does |
What to cure it with |
Virus |
This is like the Poison aliment in most RPGs. It does 5% LE
damage, but ones switched in aren't affected. It lasts after the battle
is done as well. |
Use Vaccine Program, Cure One, Cure All (if all party members
are affected), or faint |
Blind |
Hit Ratio is reduced by 25%, and enemy Hit Ratio is increased
by 50%. |
Use Clear Vision, Cure One, Cure All (if all party members
are affected), or faint |
Freeze |
Character can't move for a certain period of time. When that
character's turn comes up, they will be passed over. The character will
take serious damage if they are hit while frozen as well. |
Use Warm Up or Cure One. Get hit in battle by an enemy
attack. When eight turns have passed, the character will be unfrozen. |
Bind |
Speed is cut in half. |
Use Anti-Lock, Cure One, Cure All (if all party members are
affected), or end the battle. The condition will pass within eight
turns. |
Beserk |
Commands can't be inputed for the affected character. When
character's turn comes up, they will either attack an ally, themselves,
or an enemy. Care must also be taken when facing enemies with the
"Order"
command, as the affected character(s) will also attack the ally
targeted. |
Use Cooler, Cure One, or end the battle. Get hit and take LE
damage. Wait eight turns for the condition to end. See Special Note
concerning Absolute Zero at the top of this page. |
DOA |
Character is KO'ed. |
Use Backup, Reboot, or end the battle. The character will not
be able
to earn EXP and be at 1 hp. |
