Ta daa! Thanks to Daniel Iwao Yamazaki for finding these elusive chests! The message the sign for this puzzle is very ironic since it mentions that the flames must go out for a path to open. you can push the pillars in the water to lower the spikes, but you can also blow up the torch to open a path...
