IP
IP attacks are special attacks that certain weapons have. It can be accessed in battle. Each weapon uses a different percentage of the yellow bar under HP and MP. That yellow works inversely with HP loss (lose high % of HP, gain high % of IP). IP does not go away if you heal though.

Antidote Cloth Armor Cures all members of your party of poisoning
Aqua Attack Aqua Whip, Mist Rapier Attack enemy with an attack 3 times as powerful as normal. Effective against enemies vulenrable to water.
Aqua Mirror Aqua Helm Returns water attacks back at enemy for a short period
Aura Protect Silvo Shield Increases MGR oof all members of your party
Arctic Freeze Zirco Flail, Air Whip, Freeze Sword Attack all enemies. Heavily damages enemies vulnerable to ice.
Ax Attack Gorgon Rock Reduces HP of 1 enemy by 1/8
Battle Lust Mini Shield, Anger Brace, Slash Shield Increases ATP
Battle Fury Bunny Sword Reduces enemy HP by 1/4
Beserker Tall Shield, Bunny Lady, Zirco Shield Increases ATP of all members in your party
Bite Lion Fang Attack enemy with attack twice as powerful as normal
Blaze Attack Fire Dagger, Red Saber Attack enemy with an attack 3 times as powerful as normal. Effective against enemies vulenrable to fire.
Blizzard Ice Ring Causes snowstorm
Bolt Thunder Ring Lightning bolts hit enemy
Bomb Attack Insect Crush, Deadly Sword, Hand Ax, Multi Sword, Bronze Ax, Superdriver, Rainy Ax, Heavy Lance, Buster Sword, Rune Rapier Attacks all enemies
Boomerang Legend Helm Returns attacks back against enemy at half strength for a short period
Bravery Muscle Ring, S-power Ring Increases DFP during battle
Brilliance Pearl Helmet Returns attacks back against enemy with double strength for a short period
Buster Attack Camu Jewel Camu's special attack. Flame attack hits all enemies
Celestial Silver Rod, Blaze Sword, Holy Whip Attack all enemies. Heavily damages enemies vulnerable to light.
Champion S-mind Restores large amount of HP
Combo Attack Gorgan Rock Blow fire, water, thunder and ice at all enemies
Confuse Glass Ring Confuses enemy
Confusion Figgoru Attack enemy and confuse it
Courage Protect Ring, S-pro Ring, Engage Ring Increases DFP by a large amount during battle
Crisis Cure Holy Robe Restores HP of each member of your party by user's max HP level.
Dark Force Gloom Jewel Defeats all enemies (effective most of the time)
Dark Mirror Hairpin Returns darkness attacks back at enemy for a short period
Deadly Smash Flying Ax 3 times more damage than normal attack. Effective against flying enemies.
Deep Freeze Snow Sword Attack all enemies and then hit them with valkyrie
Deflect Witch Ring, S-witch Ring Freezes enemy's magic
Destroy Ghost Ring Instantly kills an enemy
Diamond Dust Silver Eye Attack all enemies with water and ice attacks
Dimwit Turban, Silver Hat, Gold Band, Zirco Band Lowers intelligence of all enemies
Dive Eagle Rock Attack enemy with an attack twice as powerful as normal. Effective against flying enemies.
Dive Bomber Chain, Cutter Whip, Spear, Crazy Blade Attack enemy with an attack 1.5 as powerful as normal.Effective against flying enemies.
Divine Cure Camu Armor, Plati Plate Restores HP of each member of your party by 25% of user's max HP level.

Dragon Dragon Ring, S-water Ring Calls the Water Dragon to your aid
Dragonfire Dragon Blade Attack all enemies. Heavily damages dragons.
Dragon Rush Lizard Blow 3 times more damage than normal attack. Effective against dragons.
Dread Fury Ring, Angry Ring Lowers enemy's DFP
Fake Speedy Ring, Rocket Ring, Sonic Ring Increases AGL during battle
Fatal Blow Dekar Blade Reduces enemy's HP by 1/2
Fireball Fire Ring Huge fireballs hit enemy
Firebird S-fire Ring Calls the Firebird to your aid
Firestorm Burn Sword, Zirco Sword , Sizzle Sword Attack all enemies. Heavily damages enemies vulnerable to fire.
Flame Attack Whip, Estoc 1.5 times more damage than normal attack. Effective against enemies vulnerable to fire.
Flameblock Flame Shield Reduces damage from flame attacks for a short period.
Flameguard Gold Shield, Gold Gloves Reduces damage from flame attacks for a short period. Affects user only
Flame Return Agony Helm Returns flame attacks back at enemy for a short period
Flash Light Jewel Strike all enemies with a blast of light
Fleet Kite Shield, Fayza Shield Increases AGL
Flood Dragon Spear Attack all enemies and then hit them with Dragon spell
Forcefield Zirco Gloves Increases DFP of all members of your party
Forgetful Headband Lowers enemy intelligence
Free Magic Light Armor Unfreezes magic of all members of your party
Frenzy Horse Rock 1.5 times more damage than normal attack.
Frost Water Jewel Blows frost over enemies
Glacial Blast Cold Rapier, Freeze Bow 3 times more damage than normal attack. Effective against enemies vulnerable to ice.
Gloomsplash Black Eye Attack all enemies with darkness and fire attacks.
Groundshock Earth Jewel Shakes ground and damages all enemies
Hardboiled Egg Ring Affects enemy's attributes (can also cause total defeat)
Head Butt Pumpkin Jewel Head butt the enemy at twice the normal attack power. Effective against strong enemies
Healing Frock Partially restores HP
Holy Energy Gladius, Silvo Rapier, Crystal Wand, Silver Sword, Super Sword 3 times more damage than normal attack. Effective against undead enemies.
Holy Healing Holy Wings Restores HP of each memeber of your party by 75% of user's max HP level
Holy Mirror Brill Helm Returns light attacks back against enemy for a short period
Holy Shield Cryst Shield Reduces damage from ice attacks for a short period.
Holy Wall Apron Shield Reduces damage from light attacks for a short period.
Ice Attack Short Sword, Scimitar, Royal Whip 1.5 times more damage than normal attack. Effective against enemies vulnerable to ice.
Iceguard Plati Shield Reduces damage from ice attacks for a short period. Affects user only
Ice Mirror Ice Hairband Returns ice attacks back at enemy for a short period
Ice Queen S-ice Ring Calls the Ice Queen to your aid
Immobilize Bee Rock Paralyze enemies - if you're lucky
Incendiary Flame Jewel Blow fire at all enemies
Ironclad Bracelet, Block Shield Increases DFP
Iron Barrier Mega Shield Protects user from punch attacks for a short period
Light Attack Light Knife 1.5 times more damage than normal attack. Effective against enemies vulnerable to light.

Meltdown Eron Hat Reduces enemy attack power by 1/6
Mega Quake Catfish jwl. Big Earthquake that damages all enemies
Menace Fury Helmet, Brone Helmet Reduces enemy attack power by 1/8
Miracle Care Pearl Shield Protects user from all damage for a short period of time
Mirror Mystery Ring, S-myst Ring Makes magic mirror to repel magic
Mirror Block Arty's Bow Protects you from enemies' mirror
Ninja Mysto Jewel Defeats one enemy (effective most of the time).
Octo-strike Gades Blade Attack enemy 8 times in a row.
Paralysis Cure Ironmail, Metal Armor Cures all members of your party of paralysis
Perish Undead Ring, Evil Jewel Destroys enemy instantly
Phoenix Pearl Armor Restores fight power of all members of your party. Restores HP and MP fully
Phoenix Blow Spark Staff Attack all enemies and then hit them with Firebird spell
Power guard Gauntlet Reduces damage from punch attacks for a short period. Affects user only.
Power Healing Long Robe, Silk Toga, Lab-coat Restores HP
Quicksilver Tect Buckler Increases AGL of all members of your party
Reawaken Tight Dress Wakes up all members of your party
Rebirth Heal Armor, Power Robe Fully restores HP
Recovery Deadly Armor, Eron Dress Heals user of all damage
Re-energize Coat, Tough Hide, Light Dress Restore 50% of max HP
Regeneration Ruse Armor, Seeethru Silk Restores fight power of all members of your party. Restores a lot of HP.
Rejuvenation Crystal Robe, Ghostclosthes Restores fight power of all members of your party. Restores HP by 50%
Reviver Stone Plate, Iron Plate, Quilted Silk Restores fight power. Restore HP by 50%.
Revival Sleep Silver Robe Heals all members of your party of all damage
Sacred Song Metal Mail, Evening Gown, Crystal Mail, Bright Armor Restores HP fully
Samurai Samu Jewel Powerful attack against enemy. Occasionally, this will be a Critical Attack.
Scissor Slash Cancer Rock Attack enemies twice with a giant pair of scissors.
Shadow Guard Rune Gloves Reduces damage from darkness attacks for a short period. Affects user only
Sizzle Fry Sword Attack all enemies and then hit them with Zap spell
Skysplitter Sky Sword Attack all enemies and then hit them with thunder spell
Skysplitter Sleep Stinger Attack enemy and send it to sleep
Slow Iron Helmet, Silver Helmet, Golden Helm, Zirco Helmet Reduces speed of all enemies
Sluggish Beret, Jet Helm Reduces enemy speed
Spell Repel Power Brace, Brone Shield Increases MGR
Spellstruck Red Beret, Jute Helm Lowers enemy's resistance to magic.
Spiderweb Spido Jewel Tangles enemy in spiderwebs
Stardust blow Gold Eye Attack all enemies with thunder and light attacks
Stun Shocker Stun Gun Attack enemy and paralyze it
Sudden Cure Zirco Plate Restores HP of each member of your party by user's max HP level.
Swoop Launcher Attacks all enemies. Heavily damages flying enemies
Sword Splitter Bunny ears Reduces enemy attack power by 1/4
Tail Attack Snake Rock Normal attack against all enemies. Effective against strong enemies.
Ten-legger Kraken Rock Water attack hits all enemies
Thunder Bunny Ring, S-thun Ring, , Earring Calls the Thunder Monster to your aid.
Thunderball Thunder Ax 3 times more damage than normal attack. Effective against enemies vulnerable to thunder.
Thunderblast Battle Knife, Kukri, Rockbreaker, Halberd 1.5 times more damage than normal attack. Effective against enemies vulnerable to thunder.
Thunderblock Bolt Shield Reduces damage from thunder attacks for a short period.
Thunderguard Plati Gloves Reduces damage from thunder attacks for a short period. Affects user only
Thundershriek Zirco Whip, Mega Ax, Boom Sword Attack all enemies. Heavily damages enemies vulnerable to thunder.
Thunderturn Boom Turban Returns thunder attacks back at enemy for a short period
Torrent Water Spear, Aqua Sword, Zirco Ax Heavily damages enemies vulnerable to water
Trick Power Ring, Hipower Ring Increases ATP during battle
Triple Attack Hidora Rock Attack enemy 3 times in a row
Twister Twist Jewel Slash all enemies
Vampire Bat Rock Suck up enemy's MP and add it to user's MP
Voltage Bolt Thundo Jewel Blow thunder power all enemies
Vortex Water Ring, Sea Ring Whirlpool sucks in enemy
Vulnerable Tight Turban, Plati Helm, Holy Cap Decreases resistance to magic of all enemies
Water Attack Wire, Bronze Sword, Trident 1.5 times more damage than normal attack. Effective against enemies vulnerable to water.
Water Screen Water Gaunt Reduces damage from water attacks for a short period.
Wave Motion Dual Blade All your attributes increase. HP and MP are fully restored.
Weakpoint Stone Helmet, Fury Ribbon, Crysto Helm Reduces enemy defense power by 1/8
Weaponweak Rock Helmet, Plati Band Reduces enemy attack by 1/6
Zap Dia Ring Hits enemy with beam of light
