Shoot the lever with an arrow to make the water level rise. |
| You'll notice a tile and a locked door to the right. |

Go back up and read the sign |
| Go in front of this cracked part of the floor |
 |
 |
Walk on it and you'll fall down |
| You'll fall on the tile and that will open the door to the right. |
