Strategy

Luckily, Claire and Logan stay up on the hill (in old man Logan's case, over the hill, har har), so you can concentrate on getting out of this pincer situation as quickly as possible. Move your units into a group and allow Shion and his group to advance. As you should know by now, Nordilians hit hard, but don't take very much punishment. Wash them away with Bastion's Tidal Wave attack; it works remarkably well! Use the usual wear down and slam into the ground method that should be etched into your brain by now, and you may very well take down the Nordilians without taking a hit. When Logan approaches, you should be almost done with the Nordilians and Shion, so try and assign someone to wear down Logan with Turbulence so that he doesn't get a Raging Heat in. Even if he does, you should be able to barely survive it. Concentrate on getting Logan's FP up with Knockdown attribute attacks, and let your weakest character knock his block off when he's dizzy. With her daddy, her advisor and her daddy's army gone, Claire isn't much of a threat against Bastion and his team!

Now that the mission is complete..

- You move on to Mission 55

Before beginning Mission 55, save, load stats from Options screen and then Interview. Check the Briefing for an overview of what's next, and when you're ready, head to Mission 55: Final Battle. Well, not really the FINAL battle, but it's the biggest damn battle in the game.
