Mission 48: Snowy Reunion

Mission Overview

Situation: We have picked up the heat signatures of an ATAC battle in the snowy plain nearby, and it appears that a Hibernian is being ambushed by Nordilians! We have to help out! Objective: Annihilate all enemies.	3D Map:

Strategy

Don't worry about saving Milea; as you can see by her stats, she's the most powerful unit on the battlefield, surpassing even your characters by 5 levels! The Ruin branch is awfully weird, isn't it? Of course, this means Milea will try and steal your kills, and you need the EXP to try and catch up with her! Start by rushing at Claire and the first group of Nordilians who have Milea surrounded, taking down the one facing Milea first. A few good hits to the back will take him down. As your previous encounters with Nordilians on other branches have proven, Nordilians hit hard, but not often, and they have low DEF. Deal with them very quickly to avoid taking too much damage, and make sure someone on your team gets the Claire kill. Get through the first group as soon as possible though; as the other Nordilian group wastes no time moving in to back up their comrades. After Claire is out of the way, take down one Nordilian at a time, making sure not to invoke their Fireball attacks too often. Make sure someone on your team gets the Shion kill, and make sure Milea doesn't get too many finishing blows. This mission isn't hard, but again, you want to maximize on the EXP you get. It's actually possible to learn Tidal Wave by this mission if Bastion hits Level 17 and if you've raised his stats right and equipped him with an accessory that boosts a stat by 4. Just don't let him get too far ahead!

- Milea joins your party in the Altagrave ATAC! She's quite a bit ahead of you, so don't let her get any kills for a while!

- You move on to Mission 49

Before beginning Mission 49, save, load stats from Options screen and then Interview. Check the Briefing for an overview of what's next, and when you're ready, head to Mission 49: Runaway Princess. Your final team member will be joining you soon!
