Important Battlefield Events:
When you defeat Mercenary 2, Mercenaries 8 and 9 join the battle from the northern part of the battlefield.
- Allow Andrew to get in a round of combat with the females in your party. He hits on every one of them, even Halak!
Strategy
This battlefield should look familiar if you've played the Kingdom Branch. Then again, a lot of the battlefields are re-used throughout the game.
Funny how the same strategy for Mission 7 works here. Wait at the beginning, and allow the soldiers to come to you in waves. The Barazaph soldiers are laughably easy. You should be able to mop the floor with them before the Dantarius troops arrive.
The Dantarius troops are a little weaker in terms of attack power, but they are more accurate and are harder to hit. Nothing to worry about, but deal with them quickly.
Andrew is the real threat, but even he isn't as tough as he should be. Seems his evasion stat is rather low this time around. As usual, all you have to do is swarm him with attacks until he gets dizzy, then take him out.
Even the reinforcements from the north aren't much of a threat. Just keep your team together as much as you can, and watch your FP; getting dizzied will cost you.
Now that the mission is complete..
- You move on to Mission 34
Before beginning Mission 34, save, load stats from Options screen and then Interview. The Shop will be open, but it sells the same stuff as it did last time. Purchase a Slashing Iron and a Ruby (you'll see why after the next mission). Check the Briefing for an overview of what's next, and when you're ready, head to Mission 34: Grabbing Gratia.
