Mission 30: Logan's Test

Mission Overview

Situation: Logan has agreed to ally with us, providing we spar with him, his daughter, her advisor, and two soldiers. It's a five-on-five duel! Objective: Win at a 5-against-5 group battle.	3D Map:

Important Battlefield Events:

- You cannot lose this mission, despite what the previous story scene would lead you to believe. Try to take down all of your opponents, anyways.

Strategy

Stay near the start for this mission; the enemies will come to you, and you will be prepared for them. What I like to do is hide my wind-elemental attackers behind the big shrub and attack with long-distance attacks like Turbulence or Spiral Dive. Remember; Nordilians are dangerous when taken head-on because of their counterattacks, but they have weak defense, and they can't counter Turbulence or Spiral Dive now, can they? Claire will probably rush at you in the beginning, because she really, really likes to cheese off Sadira. She's your first target; keep her FP up with Turbulence attacks, and have Bastion run in and deal big damage to her if you wish. Just be prepared for the consequences; namely, the Nordilian attacks! Shion is the odd one out here, but he is every bit as difficult to defeat as the Nordilians. He doesn't have Fireball, but his attacks are still powerful! You need to take down the Nordilians and Shion fast, because Duke Logan won't sit around forever. He'll get up and attack after quite a few turns. Wear him out with constant Turbulence attacks, then move in when his FP is rather high. DO NOT engage him from the front, as you will probably not survive his counterattack, even at full HP. Once he's surrounded by your team, he's a cinch to beat. Make sure to block his attacks if you're afraid they will kill you, and they most likely will.

- You move on to Mission 31

Before beginning Mission 31, save, load stats from Options screen and then Interview. An important event will happen during the next chapter, so think about which girl you're interested in, and make that choice accordingly when it happens.
