Well, not exactly, but they are quite close! Melior is simply Lord Alden's aide, and the two spend lots of time together. I'd say she's his "better half" because she has a much more positive outlook on the condition of the Continent than Alden, and tends to look for the brighter side of things. She is also one of the few people that Alden can put his trust into.

Not much else is known about Melior, but from her actions, you can tell she is a kind, caring, old-fashioned type of woman. It's rumored that her estranged brother is wandering the continent, but they've only been estranged for a few years, and she is still mad at him. Perhaps you will be able to bring them together?

Melior rarely enters the battlefield, but when she does, she pilots the Amphisia ATAC, which is graceful and beautiful, much like her.
