Matisse

Matisse: Duyere's Chief Bodyguard

Nope

Matisse is the chief bodyguard to Prince Duyere of the Empire. Though his name is only mentioned in one scene, you will see him conversing with Duyere a few times throughout the game. He seems to believe in Duyere, and wishes to help him become a great Emperor after Degalle passes away. Degalle is getting rather old, and Duyere will have to lead the people in his stead, so Matisse is there to train him and guide him.

Every Imperial Bodyguard in the game has the Matisse portrait, but only one of them is named Matisse. Imperial Bodyguards pilot Einlager ATACs, and they are generally tougher to take down than Imperial Soldiers.
