King Pharastia: Late ruler of the Kingdom
Country of Alignment Controllable?
Nope, he died a while back!

Once the ruler of the glorious Pharastia Kingdom, the King is no more. He was killed in an Imperial conflict about 15 years prior to Vanguard Bandits' beginning. He was said to be a wonderful ruler, who cared deeply for his people. But there are others who say he was a power-hungry tyrant, as demonstrated by his "conquering" of the entire Continent shortly after the first ATAC were excavated.

Very little is known about the king, so you can believe what you wish about him. He once piloted the incredible Ultragunner ATAC, which Kingdom supporters said helped unite the continent (and Empire supporters said helped ruin the Continent).
