Degalle: The Evil Emperor!

Many years ago, when Degalle looked like he does in his portrait, he spoke out against the people of the Kingdom, who were known to abuse their power and treat the people of the Continent as second-class citizens. In time, the Junaris Empire grew and rose to power, but over time, Degalle began to abuse the very power he preached against.

Flash forward to present day; he's the emperor of the Junaris Empire, with control of over half the continent, and a son and daughter to carry on his legacy. The Empire is now considered evil by the majority of the continent, and Degalle lives a sheltered life inside the Imperial Palace. Due to his seclusion, I have no idea what he looks like today, so you'll have to assume he's an older version of the above portrait.
