Cecilia: The Ninja Maid!

On the Empire Branch

You think Katie Couric is perky? Then you haven't met Cecilia! Working under Princess Sadira as a super-secret-ninja-for-hire, Cecilia poses as an ordinary (but hyperactive) maidservant who might have had one too many pots of coffee with extra sugar cubes! She washes windows faster than ANYONE!

Cecilia is also a valuable asset to Sadira, often following her on expeditions to investigate the actions of those naughty Imperial Soldiers. There's more to her than meets the eye though, and if you get to know her, you'll find out what I mean.

Cecilia will join your team only on the Empire Branch, and she starts off kind of... meh, using a crummy Barbatos ATAC with vomit-green paint. Later on, she starts kicking ass in the Vedocorban ATAC, which makes her the Empire Branch equivalent of Andrew! She has his special move, too! Equip her with Wind Stones, and have her learn Somersault, and you'll have a very helpful, very happy and very perky ally!
