Talk to Yul here, then exit town; you'll be captured and taken to Zand's Mansion. Collect any treasure you haven't gotten yet, then head to the top floor, right room. You'll enter a fight with Zand. If you're doing this at a low level, it'll be quite tough; use lots of battle items and heal yourself frequently (Energy Net might work). At a higher level, he isn't that bad. He has 6,000 HP. You may get a Magical Drops from him.

• If you win: Rena-->All male characters RP-3. Yul is also walking around near the harbour now.
• If you lose: Rena-->Claude FP+1. You also can't re-enter Zand's Mansion, and Yul disappears.
