Stage 7: Edo

Zohar will teleport you to Edo, where another of Har's holograms will await.  He explains that should Shyna fail in her mission, she will become a living bomb that will destroy all life forms with attributes.  Lovely, eh?

He'll then tell Zohar the truth: Zohar is another Guardian Angel, but unique from the others in that he has free will.  He then alters Zohar's programming, eliminating his autonomy and unleashing his ultimate power.
Za-Zohar
Life: 5000
Spirit: 1000

Now you'll have to fight Zohar.  This is probably the toughest fight in the game, because you're probably low on health from the previous battle.  In addition, Za-Zohar retains the ability to absorb same-attribute shots, has a ton of health, and his attacks can flatten you in an eye blink.  Fortunately, Za-Zohar follows a fairly predictable pattern.
In Mirage form, Za-Zohar launches the usual flurries of shots and homing shots.  Occasionally, Za-Zohar will also launch a small energy ball that will create a huge explosion.  All three can be Reflected to good effect.
The tougher of the two is Za-Zohar's Silhouette form.  Zohar's swords can cut you down in no time flat, and he swings them around several times in a row before using a "wave" attack that launches Silhouette-attribute beams in every direction.   There's a trick to avoiding the swords, though: you can jump in front of Zohar's chest and float there with the Reflector.  His swords can't reach you while you're there, and it's a good chance to get an attack in between swings.
This is largely a battle of Spirit.  If you can wear down Za-Zohar's spirit, this will be significantly easier, since he'll lose some of his more deadly attacks.  Unfortunately, even when his Spirit's at zero he'll keep swinging his swords.

On the other hand, when you start getting low on Spirit, you can be in a pinch.  You won't be able to restore your Spirit due to his immunity to same-attribute attacks.  For this reason, you'll probably want to let your Spirit bar run dry when you have one of your less-used Parasites equipped.  You'll lose the Parasite, but it will refill your Spirit a bit.

You can do this up to three times, though if you want to use it a third time your last Parasite will have to be something other than a Level 6 Surosa.  You'll also lose 100 Life when your Spirit hits zero on your last Parasite.
After Za-Zohar's Life is dropped by about half, his "abdomen" will detach.  This thing will be the biggest pain in the entire battle, because it will zip across the screen throughout the battle, damaging you with contact.

In addition, just before each of Za-Zohar's attribute switches, it will float in the background and rain down beams of the opposite attribute of Za-Zohar.  Thus, you'll have to block the Beams and risk getting smacked by Zohar, or block Za-Zohar and risk getting blasted by a beam.  The best way I've found to counter this is to jump off one end of the platform, make sure your attribute is the same as Za-Zohar's, and use your Reflect Attack to avoid both attacks at once.  Once the beams subside, hop back onto the platform and continue the battle.

That's about all there is to tell for this fight.  The rest is purely a matter of skill.  Keep up the process of dodging and sneaking in attacks whenever possible, and you should be able to outlast him.
After defeating Za-Zohar, Zohar will return to normal.  He'll say his piece, tell you to fulfill your mission, and then be deleted.

Afterward, Bug will teleport in.  He'll explain that Har's ignoring him, and will teleport in a shop.  This is the last chance you'll get to buy stuff, so top off your Life and Spirit!  If you have some cash to spare, you can also purchase every Level 6 Parasite here.  This includes Level 6 Cavitas, which can't be gotten anywhere else.

Afterward, you'll move on.

(Save Point)

Har will continue his explanation of the events in Edo, explaining that the inhabitants accepted the "Armageddon" created by the Attribute experiments as retribution for their sins.  He states that if you continue your mission, this will just happen again, and the following Armageddon will be far worse.  It is for this reason that he wishes to stop Shyna.

You're then presented with the choice of whether to fulfill your mission, or abandon it.  What you choose determines your path.
To 8-A (Restore Edo) To 8-B (Abandon Edo)
