Mana
 Restores Life.  The amount varies depending upon the size of the Mana icon.
 150 for 100 Life

Fatima
 Restores Spirit.  The amount varies depending upon the size of the Fatima icon.
 100 for 100 Spirit*

Credits
 Used to buy things in shops.  Sometimes dropped when an enemy is defeated.  Most enemies have a store of credits that you'll have to use the Cash Bash to get a hold of.  The credit's value varies depending upon its size.

* You get a 30-Spirit bonus with each purchase in the shop, so this comes to a total of 130 Spirit.
