Shaft

He flies around throwing green balls amongst other things. When those balls split up and go to the sides, they turn into mist because there will be a large electric field between the balls. He's not a challenge because he has low HP. He is in the room in the middle of the inverted castle where Maria gives you the holy glasses in the so you can see Richter's green ball and destroy it. After defeating him, you will meet Dracula.
