Taiyou ni Smash

The fourth chapter is based on Taiyou ni Smash, a tennis manga. You'll start the chapter outside a school that looks suspiciously similar to New Country Junior High. The first thing you should do is talk to the boy wandering around. This is Sei, and he'll join you in your search for Moe, the manga's tennis-playing heroine.
Once Sei joins, you can enter the school, which is the larger building on the right. The smaller building is the gym, which is locked for now. Before you actually go into the school, though, if you walk behind the gym and search where you trip, you'll find a Garnet, a nice Fire-elemental gem.
Surprise, surprise, the inside of the school looks just like a palette swap of New Country Junior High. Like that school, this one has an infirmary on the first floor which can heal you for free. Be sure to take advantage of that if you need to. In the final room on the first floor, the science room, you can examine the skeleton and find a... Volleyball? Well, nobody said this game had to make sense... so just grab your volleyball and move on.
If you visit the first room on the second floor, you'll find a room much like Wapiko's classroom from the first chapter. This is Moe's classroom. And just like in that room, you can search the bag on the desk to receive an item. In this case, it's a Bangle, which is necessary to complete this chapter.
Also on the second floor is the music room. Be sure to visit and talk to the God of Happiness so you can get a slice of sweet, delicious, choclatey Silk Pie. The treasure chest in here contains a Pastel, which is a rather weak weapon at this point in the game, so you may just want to skip on that.
Once you reach the third floor of the school, you can enter the locker rooms. The first one is apparently the boy's locker room. Despite your gender, nobody seems to mind when you barge in, so do so. Talk to Kazaki here to receive the key to the gym. Also, be sure to open the chest to find the tennis racket, as this will be necessary very soon.
Just past the boy's locker room is the girl's locker room. You can fight your way to the chest here to find a Tennis Ball, which is a weapon that's just as powerful as the Volleyball. So get it if you want. Just past the girl's locker room is the Cafeteria, which behaves just like any other food store in the game.
Once you have the gym key, Racket and Bangle, you're ready to enter the gym. So make your way all the way outside (healing at the infirmary on the way), and unlock the gym. Make your way past the first room and you'll reach this area. Keep in mind that you can't push those... things out of your way if you didn't pick up the Bangle. The enemy on the right can be considered this chapter's "boss" as it guards Moe directly. It's not too tough, just keep in mind that you can't use Fire magic against it. The enemy on the left respawns and drops Silk Pie, so if you'd like, you can stock up on them by defeating it over and over.
In any case, make your way to the northern end of the gym and you'll find Moe. Keep in mind that if you forgot to actually pick up her Racket, you won't be able to open the door here, even though you have the key. Anyway, Moe will take her Racket back and thank you by smashing you back to Ms. Ayumi with it. A quick end to a short chapter.
