Items
This is basically everything that is not a food, weapon or gem. These come in two flavors, those named "items" that tend to be accessories with special effects and the unnamed items in the upper-left of the inventory, that are just collected and used throughout the course of the game.
Storyline Items
These items are represented by icons in the upper-left of your inventory. They are obtained automatically as the game progresses, with the exception of the phone card, which may need to be bought in town for 1000 Peach.

Invitation |
Received from Aoi in the Goldfish Warning Chapter. Needed to get into City Academy. |
|
Bus Pass |
Many of these are found throughout the course of the game. Each allows you to use the bus once. |
|
Key |
Many of these are found throughout the course of the game. Each allows you to open one specific door. |
|
Phone Card |
These allow you to talk to the rescued heroines on the Nakayoshi Phone. Each card is equipped with 105 "minutes" that decrease as you use it to talk to anybody other than the editor. If the minutes are all diminished you need to obtain a new phone card to talk to the heroines again. You can get one from Kasumi at the beginning of the Pocket Park chapter for free. If you forget to get it or use up all the minutes, you can buy another one for 1000 Peach in the Pocket Park, MinMin!, Kurumi and the 7 Dwarves and Sailor Moon chapters. |
|
Gold Gem |
The game's McGuffin. There are three of these to collect throughout the course of the game. One of these is found in the Goldfish Warning!, MinMin! and Sailor Moon chapters. |
Accessories
These items are obtained automatically throughout the course of the game and cause various effects automatically (except the Wand, which must be used manually).

Wand |
This is a Transformation Wand that is received from the manga authors at the beginning of the Goldfish Warning!, MinMin! and Sailor Moon chapters. Using this allows you to change into that manga's heroine, which may give you special abilities. Wapiko from Goldfish Warning! can talk to animals and MinMin can fly, but changing to Usagi (Serena) in the Sailor Moon chapter seems to be a stricly cosmetic thing. Being in the alternate form causes your HP to drain by one for each step, unless you have the Ring. |
|
Ring |
This is found in a treasure chest in a house in the Goldfish Warning! chapter. If you miss it here, Shiva will give you it in the MinMin chapter. Having this prevents your HP from draining when you're transformed. |
|
Earrings |
These are given to you by Ms. Nekobe at the end of the Goldfish Warning! chapter. After you receive these, you can talk to animals. |
|
Bangle |
This is found in Moe's bag in the Taiyou ni Smash chapter. Having these lets you push the... things that are blocking your path in the gym. |
|
Amulet |
This is found on the frozen lake in the Kurumi and the 7 Dwarves chapter. This halves your MP consumption, and is quite useful. |
|
Brooch |
This is received from Artemis in the Sailor Moon chapter after you rescue Usagi (Serena). This lets you transform into a Sailor Soldier (Sailor Scout) at the beginning of each battle, but this seems to be a strictly cosmetic thing. |
|
Mirror |
This seems to be dummied out of the game. Judging from its description, it may have displayed information on items, but in the final game, the partner that joined you seems to fulfill that role instead. |
