Stray Fairies

The stray fairies are very important to a healthy Link. The Great Fairies will bless him with magic if he returns all of the fairies to the Great Fairy Cave. These are not in the order you collect them, but rather in order of what room they are in. If you want a more detailed description, see the walkthrough for the temple you are stuck in. I also made sweet maps with the fairy locations noted on them. Just click the picture to enlarge them for your viewing pleasure, but not too much pleasure, okay? They are just maps with numbers after all... sickos. o_O

Clock Town

#1 - By day, in the Laundry Pool. By night, in East Clock Town.

Woodfall temple

#1 - Floating around by entrance
#2 - In chest to the right of the entrance
#3 - Freed when the deku baba is killed in the smelly room
#4 - In a pot in the corner of the smelly room
#5 - In a bubble on the second floor of the smelly room
#6 - In a chest revealed by shooting the brazier with the flame of the spinning flower
#7 - In the hive beside the first small key
#8 - Freed when you kill the skulltula in the Majora block room
#9 - In a bee hive in the Majora block room
#10- In a bubble under the planks in the Majora block room
#11- In a chest that appears when you kill all the black boes in the very dark room
#12- In an alcove in the wall of the boss door room
#13- In an alcove in the wall of the boss door room
#14- In an alcove in the wall of the boss door room
#15- Encased in bubble and flame in the boss door room

Snowhead temple

#1 - In a bubble in a rock in the freezards room
#2 - In a bubble under a platform in the freezards room
#3 - Floating around in the bombchu room
#4 - In an alcove lead to by invisible stairs in the bombchu room
#5 - In a lava pit on the first floor of the pillar room
#6 - In an invisible alcove on the third floor of the pillar room
#7 - In a bombable box in the wolfos room
#8 - In a chest the Majora block gets you to in the wolfos room
#9 - In a chest you reveal by pulling the double Majora block into a switch
#10- In an invisible alcove in the giant falling icicle room
#11- In an invisible alcove in the ceiling of the timed-goron stomp puzzle room
#12- In a chest revealed by killing the freezards in the room that is connected to the switches that raise and lower the pillar
#13- In a bubble in an invisible alcove in the eeno room
#14- Freed when the dinofols is dead
#15- Freed when the dinofols is dead in the same room

Great Bay temple

#1 - In a chest that appears when you light all four braziers in the turtle room
#2 - In a bubble under a platform in the water spout room
#3 - Freed when the skulltula by the ring of rupees is dead
#4 - In a pot at the bottom of pool in the propeller room
#5 - In a barrel off to the side in the propeller room
#6 - In a pot in the room with the dexihands guarding the exit
#7 - In a chest that appears when you kill the bio deku babas after the hallway that the dexihands guard
#8 - In a pot in the tunnel of water to the right of where you enter in the room you get the compass
#9 - Above the ceiling in the room with the desbreko in it
#10- In a chest in an alcove in the wall of the giant waterwheel you must stop and start with ice and fire arrows
#11- In another chest in an alcove in the waterwhell room (hookshot the brazier)
#12- In a barrel under a seesaw like device in the seesaw room
#13- In a chest you can access by climbing pipes in the seesaw room.
#14- In a bubble under the pump in the boss door room
#15- In a bubble in the tunnel near a corner in the boss door room

Stone Tower temple

#1 - In a chest revealed with shooting the eye switch in the entrance room
#2 - In a chest revealed when you shoot the sun face with a light arrow in the entrance room
#3 - In a chest revealed when hitting a switch in the upside down entrance room guarded by a death armos
#4 - In a chest revealed when all the armos are killed in the lava room
#5 - In a chest revealed when wizrobe is defeated in the lava room upside down
#6 - In a chest behind a sun block in the lots of mirrors room with black boes
#7 - In a chest revealed by shining light on the leftmost sun face on the righthand wall by the mirrors in the lots of mirrors room with black boes
#8 - In a chest on a ledge in the lava/air jets room by the rupees
#9 - In a chest revealed by goron rolling in the lava to the switch in the lava/air jet room
#10- In a chest revealed when eyegore is killed for the first time
#11- Behind a sun block in the room with the dexihand and some beamos
#12- Chest originally in ring of fire in upside down air jet room with mines
#13- In a chest in an alcove below the platform the hiploop is standing on in the upside down air jet room
#14- In a chest in the water revealed when a switch is triggered in the upside down air jet room (chest is accessable when temple is right side up)
#15- In a chest revealed in the upside down boss door room by hitting a crystal switch (accessible when temple is right side up)
