| After you get Rosa back, head back over to Damcyan and with the hovercraft go northeast across the rocks until when you reach land, and then keep heading east until you get to a mountain. |

There is ice blocking the way up Mt. Fabul so Rosa tells Rydia to cast fire. After a bit of complaining, the way is made clear and Rydia learns fire. Go on the left cave first to get the chests then go back to the right. |
| At the top you see a monk being met by a large group of monsters. He takes out the first two... |

Then it switches over to a battle sequence where Yang starts to kick the crap out of the monsters. |
| Here is probably the first boss that might kill one of your guys if you aren't careful. He has 3 parts, the first one, you just whack a bit and it gets larger. The second one explodes (hurting your guys) into 6 smaller bombs. Just attack with Cecil and build up with Yang, Cure with Rosa and Gilbert and use spells with Rydia. You can also use Dark Wave as that proves to be very useful. |

Yang says all his army was wiped out by the monsters and there are only untrained soldiers at the castle. After Cecil explains a bit, Yang joins you and you head over to Fabul to save its crystal before Golbeze gets it. |
| Go through the north door and exit the mountain. Head west through the winding landscape until you reach Fabul. |

Rest in the Inn and buy the another claw for Yang to equip, and all of the new armor for Cecil. Head up and talk to the king. He agrees with you and you get into position to fight. Rosa and Rydia stay to be of medical assistance so you only have 3 men. |
| Outside you get attacked. Only hit the soldiers who aren't that powerful. In all these little battles, have Yang build up, Cecil attack and Gilbert heal with potions (not the heal command!). Don't attack the Captain because he will retreat when the battle is over anyway. The Red Wings bomb the castle and the party retreats in. |

You fight many small, easy battles which shouldn't be a problem. The party keeps retreating back into the castle more. |
| Inside the throne room, Yang locks the door but one of the soldiers turns out to be a monster, who unlocks the door and attacks you. This gargoyle is another very easy creature. |

The party then retreats back into the crystal room where Cain shows up. Cecil is overjoyed and asks Cain to fight with him. |
| Instead, Cain attacks Cecil in which this is a hopeless battle. Just attack yourself to make it end quicker. |
 |

Rosa and Rydia show up and they all wonder why Cain is doing this. It turns out he is under Golbeze's control... |
| Golbeze appears and blasts Gilbert and Yang. He then instructs Cain to take the crystal. |
 |

Cecil is telling him to stop so Golbeze laughs and takes Rosa with him. Cain takes the crystal and they both leave. |
| Head down one room and check the pot. Go on the other side to hit the switch which lets you into a secret room with three chests. |
 |

Go down another screen past the stairs and outside. Go in the left tower to see Yang's wife and get some treasure. Then go in the right tower to the king. Don't forget to see the dancer! They want a boat and the king gives it to them. |
| The king also gives you a sword with a very interesting name: Deathbringer. Equip it with Cecil and go rest in the Inn. They discuss their plan of attack and go to sleep. |

Leave the castle and go east toward the boat. Stock up on potions before you go though... |
