This stage is here pretty much for maximum lootage. You can skip it altogether if you wish. Optimum looting requires a minimum of two players, unless you're handy at manipulating enemies' movements. |
The first one is simple: Step on the plate and it opens. Inside the first door, you'll find a horde of undead creatures and a few big chests with minor treasure. Nothing big. |
|
|
The single plate room on the opposite site is a different story. Hellhounds and three trapped chests. Three, you ask? Just head down from the right side of the room to find fire pillars and a big chest containing fire and a Hat/Helmet item for the one who opens it. |
The big middle door with the two plates requires two persons or a single person to move the suit of armor on the other plate. Simple. Enter. |
|
|
Two similar rooms requiring an armor and a person or two armors ahead, and a two-plate version requiring 4 people or two and two armors. To save you the effort:
Left room: 1000 sp in two chests, ice traps, spiked column traps and shadow elves.
Center room described below.
Right room: Super Healing Potion with arrow traps and scorpions. |
Center room requiring 4 plates pressed: Big chest on right-down-left: Depends: Battle Axe for Dwarf, Staff of Magic Power for Mage, Morning Star for Cleric or a Bastard sword for anyone else. Goblins, Kobolds and An Ogre guard the chest. |

Nothing else here, so you can just head right and right, dodging the enemies to move on to stage 10-2 to meet an old friend.. or just hordes of enemies if you took care of him earlier... |
