Golem

Note: All artifacts in the 'Artifact Drop' list with a asterix next to it can only be received in that level by beating the boss.
It cannot be found naturally within that level.
Also note that just because you receive (for example) 140+ points, doesn't mean you'll get the Artifact set that requires 139+ points. You may get the 102+ points artifact set or less. You just simply meet the requirements for that particular set to appear.

Strategy

The Golem is one of the hardest opponents you'll face. He has strong resistance to all elemental spells making it hard for Yukes to do well here and is quite fast on its feet which puts slow characters at a disadvantage. His main strategy is to get as close as he can to you and deal as much damage as possible before you can react. Should you get too far away from him, he has a few back-up plans for that too. Some of its attacks include:

Stone PunchHe'll try two quick uppercut punches in succession if you get too close to this brute. There is no warning time for this attack and is quite hard to defend against or avoid. Try to stay a medium distance away to prevent this.
Poison MistLike all other poison mist attacks, this one slows down your movement speed, allowing him the chance to annhilate you with his barrage of attacks. Again, stay a fair distance away to avoid this.
Rocket PunchHe'll rear back and unleash his two fists in a rocket-propelled launch. They hurt real bad and travel fast across the field. Thankfully they only travel in one direction, straight forward. So if you see him rear back and arm his hands, stand to the side and keep attacking.
Freeze LaserThe Golem will get on its knees and project twin lasers from its eyes in a straight path directly in front of itself. The attack is easily avoided, but has less of a prep time as the Rocket Punch, thus giving you less time to react. If caught, you are inflicted with the frozen attribute and are completely vulnerable and helpless against his attacks for a time.
Armaggedon BlastHe won't start doing this attack until well into the fight after half his health is gone. Instead of doing Stone Punch, he'll probably spin around in a circle creating a harmless red laser outlining the blast zone. Once you seem him do this, stop all attacks and run away from him like mad! Within one second, that entire zone will go up in flames dealing major damage.

Later Cycles: On later cycles, the Golem will add a new attack to its arsenal. In addition to Stone Punch which he'll do at close ranges, he'll become a Whirling Devil and extend his arms out to his sides and twirl like a whirlwind. This attack has stun capabilities and flings you back away from him. Your best defense in later cycles is to stay a fair distance from him and only go in for a couple attacks before retreating to avoid his close-range retaliation moves.
