DrillMan

Just because he doesn't have hands doesn't mean he can't kick your ass.

Looks like the army has invaded your little town, because you were too inept to stop them. You suck with the totality of your entire being.
Go to the park and talk to Mayl, then the entrance to the Metro Station and talk to Yai, and then finally  go to the school gates and talk to Dex.
Get to SciLab Square (the quickest way is to use the shortcut in Yai's HP), and talk to ProtoMan. Jack out and take the Metro to your dad's lab at SciLab. Talk to Chaud. After the scene is over, go back to ACDC.
Go up and right and watch the scene, and you will jack into the tank. Get the HPMem above you, the RegMem below you, and then go left and challenge the virus.
After jacking out, go to the Hospital and back to your dad's room. Look under the bed (from the bottom, as pictured) and get the note and cardkey. Now it's time to go hunting. Again.
Head back to SciLab, to your dad's lab, and through the door you've never been through before on the left. Presto, one father.

Go to beach and try to get on the boat that takes you to Hades. After Lan's musings, go to ACDC and talk to Yai in her house, then go back home and go to bed.
*CoughLosersCough*

You'll get the Alpha program from your father, then head to the boat at Beach. Watch the touching scene.
Head around the island and into the door. Talk to everyone and then try to exit trough the elevator doors. Watch the scene.

Go up the elevator, around, and watch the scene.
Don't get caught by the floating grabbers here or you'll have to start again. Don't step on the red puddles either, because the same thing will happen. The level itself it actually very linear, with goodies or dead ends wherever there is a choice, so just kep on heading onwards.
After stepping on the warp head right, and use the path to dodge around the guards. After you've got the ID-DataA, let one of them catch you and then go right after waking up (thid way is quicker than walking back normally), and go through the barred door to face FlashManAlpha.

After jacking back out, go through the door and into Wily's Lab. Check his PC for a Magnum chip, and then check the statue on the left, and then the one on the right, and Lan will kick it. Go up and then check the skull on the left to obtain some code (pictured).
Again, the route is very linear, with goodies everywhere. At the place with the fast-moving guards, wait until two pass in quick succession and then go right as fast as you can, hiding in alcoves as you go. Fight BubbleManAlpha.

Unfortunately that wasn't the end of the road. Negotiate the rows of Guards and pick up the ID-DataB, and use it on the door to your left on the large platform. Fight DesertManAlpha..
After jacking out, head down the ramp to see Chaud in trouble. Jack in.

THis level requires the best timing of the three. Don't worry if you mess up, because there's no danger of death.
After gettng past the horde of Guards head right and then right again. Pass another bunch of Guards, then move between the two Guards (a lot, isn't there) and go down and right as far as you can to get the ID-DataC. Head back up to the door. Head down the ramp and up through the smaller yet harder set of guards to find two opponents on a platform. Lucky it's just the normal versions of PlantMan and FlamMan.
Go inside and head to the back of the room. Examine the cables to find a passge and go up the ramp.

Last level like this, promise. You know the drill by now. First, head right and use the alcoves for cover. When you get to the large area with the fast-moving guards, first go up and then right to find the ID-DataD. Now step on the warp pad. If you want, head down then right for some HPMem, and then head past the door and some more guards to find DrillMan (just normal version, no Alpha here!).
After you wake up and jack out after your 'meeting', head over to SciLab and chek on your dad. He's okay, so after the scenes are over, head home and go to bed.
Watch Wily rant AGAIN and then go downstairs and outside after you get control of Lan. Go to the Hospital and to the last 2nd floor room. Watch the scene and then go to the SciLab Virus lab. Talk to the three people standing around to find out about the Virus Breeder, and then address Chaud.
Install the item Chaud gives you and jack into the computer he's standing next to. Get to the Cyberstation and go to Beach 2. Take the orange path, then the stairs, then go down to reach the entrance to the Undernet.
Go through Hades and enter Undernet 1. Take the fourth right-turn down the ramp and head left then left along the lower-arrow floor, then left at the junction to get to Undernet 2.
Go right and up the stairs, then onto the second teleport spot. Go down the stairs back to Undernet 1. Take a right to go back into Undernet 2.
When you reach Undernet 3, go up past where you fought the evil Navi who blocked your way in the FlamMan section and take the sliding walkway. Go up the long sliding walkway, then down the wide sliding walkway, and around, and then talk to the Navi. Use the sliding walkways and take the warp.
Welcome to Under Square. talk to everyone in this area and then go and address the large statue at the top. Now it's time for another hunt-the-challengers game. Capcom, you suck.
Go out the way you came in. Oh. That was easy. Defeat these guys.

Head the way back you came until you reach the part of Undernet 1 you make a U-turn at.. Go down instead of making the turn and you'll see the fifth Navi here.
Take the left path back into Undernet 2 and go through the warp up the stairs that are in front of the entrance. After taking the warp, head down and then left across the sliding walkway to meet the next Navi.

Follow the path you are on, then go right at the bottom of the stairs, then left across a sliding walkway to reach a warp with a Navi next to it. Fight.
Step on the sliding walkway below the warp and go down. Fight the navi in the 3x2 area.

Go down to Undernet 1 and go right. Go up the stairs and follow the blue path down to find another Navi.
Finally, go down the stairs immediately below you and fight the last Navi.

All done! Jack out now. Go to Hades Island via the ferry at Beach. Go inside and jack into the computer (tip; jack into the glowing demon statues on the walls outside to find a Weap+1 program and a warp to a Navi who will trade your BugFrags for some cool chips).
Go right across the red small bridge and take a right at the t-junction. Fight the Navi. Get the item, read the mail, then jack out.

Go to Yoka and jack into the panel in front of the Panda cage in Zoo 2. Turn left, follow the path to the platform and go straight ahead. Keep heading stright until you get to the next platform, and then go right and into Zoo Comp 2.
This is a MegaMan game. As naive as the universe is long. It's big-ass battling time.

After you've defeated them again, head to the Hospital Computer via the security cube in Beach 1. Go down and the Navi is right in front of you. You're now Rank #9.
Go to Undernet 3 by the oh-so-long and torturous route and go to where you fought FlamMan. A Navi will be there. Fight the boss, BeastManBeta. After beating him another Navi will attack you from behind, so watch it. Jack out and go to ACDC

Go to the school, up into the last door, up again, and jack into the PC in the Principle's Office. Head around this area and get toarea 2. Go to the green platform then go right to reach the red one. Go up and then right to reach the largest platform with the Navi. Talk and get your clue.
Go to the Hospital at beach and to the room on the 2nd floor where Mamoru was staying. Examine the hanging on the wall to receive the Origami. Go back and show it to the Navi to receive your Rank #7, and get an e-mail. Jack out.

Get to ACDC 1 and read the mesage on the left-hand BBS from NO NAME. Get back to Undernet 1. You know the drill by now, to Beach Square, to Beach 2, go down and through the warp etc etc.
As usual, take the fourth right, get to Undernet 2. After entering, go left and then follow the path. Take a right over the arrow at the crossroads and step on the warp. Turn and head up (not along the arrow) and then go right along the arrow. Go up and talk to the Navi to pass.

Head  to the pillar and go left. Go around and take the first left down, to the warp. Head along the green spiky area and take the second warp (the purple Navi you pass is a Chip shop, by the way) and head to the dead end. Watch the scene and fight GutsManβ/CopyMan. Jack out.
Now, go to Beach, the TV station, around to the studio, and jack into the Machine there. The Rank #2 boss will be waiting for you. In Blue version you fight BowlMan, and in White you fight MistMan. Kill.
Now, head to Yoka and go to the Inn and head to the baths. Go around the pool to the right and towards the dark crack in the wall. Go as far as you can and Lan will notice an elevator there. Watch the heart-rending scenes, then head back to SciLab and jack in at the Virus Lab.
Go through the gate, right, through the other gate, into SciLab 1, then follow the path around and go through the hole DrillMan went through (it'll happen automatically. Just walk into it).

Collect the HPMemory laying near where you entered. Follow the path around and cross the first large arrowed-floor and go right down the narrow walkway. (Note: If you go all the way to the dead end you will be attacked by FlamManAlpha. Careful). Step on the three-space-long arrows and go left immediatey. Take the left narrower walkway when you have two choices, and then take a second left to reach DrillMan.
As usual, you the man. Watch the dramatic cutscenes. And noooow... the time has coooome....
Head up and right as far as you can, and prepare to face your final Nemesis.
I speak too soon. Save the world. Do it for Mom! ;_;
