Thieves' Ship to Kakkara

Head up to the palace and talk to the king in his bedroom. He'll allow you access to the treasure room, where you can get a Sword's Orb, Spear's Orb, and a total of 200 GP. Lastly, visit the now-opened Armor shop to pick up Cobra Bracelets for all three of your characters. Head up to the Water Palace. Talk to Luka, then head to Gaia's Navel. Stop by Watts to upgrade your weapons. Talk to Jema in the center of the town, then step into the top of that big hole in the floor. On the ship, go belowdecks, and open up the chest you find for a Whip's Orb. Head back a couple rooms to fight a boss, Kilroy.
He's not too hard...just make sure not to get hit by him too much, as you might suffer the indignity of moogling if he connects. Use long range weapons. Once you've beaten him up a bit, his legs'll disappear and he'll speed around the room on one wheel. He's basically the same as before, just faster. Any time you hit him he'll be stunned for a second, allowing you to get away before he can hit you. You'll get a Javelin's Orb for beating him.
Back above, upgrade the Javelin then head back to the Water Palace. Fight through a couple of screens of enemies, see a story scene, and you'll be up against a boss, Jabberwocky. Just smack him around with your strongest weapons and have the Girl use Cure Water when you're low on HP. You'll know you're making progress when one of the two heads disappears. Your reward for victory is a Bow's Orb. Head in once again to talk to Jema (who'll give you a Whip's Orb) and Luka. Follow her directions and go to the Cannon Travel off to the right immediately below Potos. Select "UpperLand" to blast off to the newest destination of your journey, the Upperland Forest.
There will be four forests south of where you land (amidst Moogles, no less), each representing a different season. You can find Neko in the spring (pink leaves), but your real aim should be the the summer board (green leaves). Take the upper-left path here to arrive in the Pebbler-infested Moogle village. Fight off the Pebblers, then go to leave and the Moogles will return. Open the two chests for Axe's and Glove's Orbs. Watts is here, and you should buy Quill Caps for the Girl and Sprite from Neko.
Talk to a Moogle to receive the clue "Walk the seasons from spring to winter, spring again and we can enter..." This riddle is simple: go to the spring screen, then walk through the other season boards counter-clockwise until you arive back at spring. Do it right and you'll get a message, and a new path in the upper-right part of the spring screen will have opened up. Take it, walk back another screen, and fight the boss, Spring Beak. Just murder him with a few Gem Stone spells, and you'll get a Boomerang's Orb. Walk back one more screen to find the Wind Palace. Inside you'll receive Sylphid's magic and the power of a third Mana Seed (just walk up to it). The Sprite's grandpa here will heal you for free (and save), so now's a perfect time to level your magic up to level three.
When you're ready, head to the summer screen and leave it in the lower left. Analyzing the crystal orb will tell you that Sylphid's magic will work, so go ahead and cast Air Blast on it to open up the path. Change screens to the left, up, and up again. Enter the cave, cut through the stalagmites with the Axe, and exit to emerge in Matango. There's new equipment in the item shop, and Watts is in the palace. Talk to the king, then go upstairs to retrieve a Javelin's Orb from a chest. Use the righthand exit on the bottom floor (the one Watts is on) to leave.
Enter the cave at the top of the next screen. The way is again straightforward, except for at one point where you'll have to cast Earth Slide on a crystal to extend a land bridge in the previous room. After the newly-accessible room you'll be outside again, right in time for a boss fight. If you leveled up the Sprite's Sylphid magic, the Great Viper is laughable - each shot from a level three Lightning will do over 300 damage (Air Blast is cheaper to cast, though). Once the reptile's dead, youll get a Sword's Orb and should head up to find a White Dragon. Back in Matango, forge what weapons you can, stay at the inn, then head back to the Upperland Forest. On the first screen of forest, after you emerge from the cave that leads to Matango, take the right exist to find a Cannon Travel Agency. Choose to go to Kakkara.
