Queen Zeal

The Queen of the Kingdom of Zeal in 12,000 BC, Queen Zeal was once a benevolent ruler, but has since been under Lavos' control. She ordered the creation of the Ocean Palace and the Mammon Machine, which ampliphies Lavos' power.
