Places

This is a list of all the dungeons and cities in the game, what is for sale in the cities and the cost of their inn, and what treasures you can find in the cities and the dungeons.  The difference is that, with only a few exceptions, dungeons have enemies and don't sell things and cities don't have enemies and do sell things.
