Leveling Chart
Leveling up is done by collecting Fragments of Hope. For every Fragment of Hope you collect, your Hope (level) goes up by one, as does the level of any Spirit currently in your possession. So...theoretically, you could collect all the spirits, then go back to collect all the Fragments of Hope. That would give you a super-strong team, but it's not necessary, and doing so would be near-impossible.

Basic Chart
This chart documents Maria's Hope, Courage, Dream, cost (in Dreams) to summon spirits at a given level, and spirits' power at a given level. Spirits' power and summoning cost is constant for all spirits, and are dependent on that spirit's Hope not on Maria's.
