Wild Mountain Honey

On your voyage, you'll undergo a... mishap, and you'll awaken in a strange house in Caviar Village, in the Nation of Soup. Here you'll meet Marcela, her fiance Pint and his son Junior. You also apparently suffered a minor leg injury which is just enough to affect you in no way except your mountain-climbing ability... First thing, take the Dress from the house you woke up in. You might as well do some shopping too, so buy yourself a Badcut, all the Steel equipment, and Freeze 4.
Time to heal that nagging leg injury. Just northwest of Caviar Village is a forest. Follow the path in this forest, and you'll come across a building that leads to some hot springs. Leave your items and clothes with the mysterious man and jump into the spring and marvel at the fact that you're instantly healed.
"Wait... so you're saying that leaving all your worldly possessions with mysterious strangers is a bad idea?" After this guy runs off with your stuff, you'll have to fight your way out of the forest naked and with no items.
At the end of the path, Marcela will corner the guy, get your stuff back, and you'll fight him. He's really easy, so don't sweat it.
Turns out Marcela is actually Gum Drop, the next princess. I don't know why she needed a pseudonym... I guess she wanted to build her relationship with Pint on a solid foundation of lies. She'll then bitch about how the "programmer" gave everybody strange names, after which she will win the "Master of the Obvious Award". The Award will later be recalled, due to the fact that it wasn't the programmer that named her at all.
Remember that mountain you weren't able to climb earlier? No? Pay attention! Anyway, now that your leg is healed and Gum Drop's following you, you'll be able to climb it. Head just north of the forest to find it.
The first part of the mountain is very straightforward, just keep following the path. Eventually you'll come across this inn, and the entrance to the cave.
The cave isn't too hard to navigate, but I made a map of it anyway. Using the map, you should have no trouble navigating your way through the cave.
You can come across this shopkeeper in the cave, just in front of the chest containing Zap 2. This shop is good for picking up supplies, including Regains and Fixes, so stock up if you need to.
Make your way to the exit of the cave, and you'll have to climb down the back side of the mountain. It's pretty easy to get lost here, so refer to the map if you need to.
When you get out of that blasted mountain, you'll reach Won Ton Village. Here, buy the Rapier, all the Silver equipment, Bolt 4 and Heal 4.
Go just south of Won Ton Village to the channel. You and Gum Drop will decide the best way to cross is by kite, so head back to Won Ton Village and talk to Steak, who lives in the house in the northwest corner of town. He'll refer you to Noodle, who is apparently some sort of kite engineer. Head back to Glacier Canyon to find him.
Seems some little boy is stuck on the mountain, and Noodle is too injured to help him himself. The boy was crying out "Marcela"... Gee, I wonder who it could be?
This is our last visit to this mountain, I promise. Look on the map to see where Junior is located at. For those who are squeamish, and refuse to look at the map, he's in the extreme lower-left corner.
After rescuing Junior, return to Steak's house in Won Ton Village. Talk to Noodle, and he'll hook you up. He'll tell you that he'll meet you at the channel to the south.
So, go to the south, say your goodbyes, get your trinket from the princess, and sail to Burger.
