Regular Items

To be honest, regular items in Great Greed aren't that important. They share the "Items" menu that is dominated by equipment, and most of them are only suitable to be sold (literally). So, if in the table, the "Use" column just lists some strange message, that's just the message the game gives when you use that item, but it doesn't do anything (nor does doing this use up the item). These items' only "real" use is to be sold.

*About Trash... it does nothing. It clutters up your inventory, and by selling it you LOSE 1000 Gold. It can't be thrown away either, since that would be littering, which is bad in an environmentally-themed RPG...

Allows you to explore the basement of the Abandoned Record Factory.
Lineage
Given to you by Professor Condante if you give him the Record.
These orders link Crabby to Bio-Haz.
This, along with the Orders, will allow you to expose Crabby.
Mint
Given to you by Cadmium on the cape southwest of Torte Desert.
Use in desert for heat protection.
Allows you to travel across Torte Desert.
Note
Given to you by Dr. Bromide in Dragon Jail.

Given to you by Cup Cake just before you reach the Nation of Chow Mein.
One of the five jewels for the Collar.

Pepper
Given to you by the chief of the Kim-Chee Tribe after defeating Nikninja in Oasis Castle.
Use this to defeat the dragon.
Lets you defeat the Wif Worm and reach Dragon Jail.
Pick
Given to you by Springroll after you make it through Dragon Jail.
Use to climb mountains.
Allows you to climb Chcolanma Mountain and reach the Nation of Curry.
Ring
Given to you by Citrus just before you reach the Nation of Escargot.

Walnut
Found on the walnut tree in the Forest of the Fruit.
The knowing nut. It looks like a brain.
One of the three "fruits" needed to allow Citrus to win the Pasta Village beauty pageant.
Water
Found in Crater Lake after defeating Darts.
Very pure water. Will help defeat Bio-Haz.
Storyline item that supposedly allows you to eventually defeat Bio-Haz.
