Leave Moo the same way you came in, and travel through the channel you took to get here. From there, head northeast along the shoreline back to Sea Town, and from Sea Town, take the route you normally take back to the tent at the very beginning of FairyLand. From there, head west to Kingland and speak with Dr. Justice. Voila! The Sub-Cyclone is yours, and Dr. Justice has to deal with the guilt of ripping off Startropics! Anyway, Magiport back to the Convenience Store in Moo, and we'll test this baby out!
