Tia can hit the tentacles the easiest, either through regular attacks or Aim. Fron can use SonicBoom, but why bother? Have Tia shoot the tentacles whenever she can. The tentacles will submerge after being hit, then surface a round later. Twice during the battle a tentacle will surface under the raft, breaking through and doing damage to anyone who might have been standing there; take these two out with Fron. After that, just keep sniping with Tia. The tentacles can only hit you if they're up against the raft, at which point you can just shoot/hit them. Last thing: ignore the Kraken's head, since you can't harm it anyway.
