This is not a conventional battle. Think Metal Gear Solid without any difficulty and very stupid guards. These guys can't see you unless you stand directly in their line of sight...walk behind them, walk next to them, all that's fine, because they won't notice. Take Fron and walk him to the back right corner. Just don't into a guard's direct line of sight. Do the same for Tia. That's the whole thing.
