Your characters start off separated, and it's best to leave them that way. Believe it or not, although there are 10 slimes, you'll probably only need Tia the entire battle. Start off by moving her forward, and go after the closest slime you can get into the range of her bow. Start shooting. Whenever you kill a slime, move on to another one. If a slime moves next to Tia, remember that it can't attack on the next turn. Move Tia out of its range, turn, and start firing again. Do this until all ten are dead. In all likelihood, unless you allow yourself to be surrounded by slimes, you won't get hit even once and Fron will remain unused the entire battle.
