You should upgrade in Rupidis if you didn't yet. Take your time then go to the Dock of No.16. Chairman Sakata has a change of heart and decides to quit the Type-S device project. Koichi doesnt like the idea and order fire, killing his own father. Koichi escapes and the defense troops arrive at the area. Get ready.

Run to the middle area to help Sakata. I'd recommend that you destroy the ALGEM wanzer and the units besides it since they're near to you. Watch out for the units all the way down behind you though. If you had most of your units upgraded, this mission is easy. After the mission, Brown comes up and says Blakewood is waiting at the Airfield. Now go for your next mission
