Enemies

- All fire, lighting, and ice attacks cause Spike to be stunned for a few seconds.

- Names with asterisks (*) are Bosses. Names in (parentheses) are "demi-enemies".

Demi-enemies? What's the difference? I'm confused. Help me, Hiryuu!
-There are certain creatures in the game that exhibit certain enemy-like qualities, but aren't listed in the game as enemies. I call these "demi-enemies". For example, beat Croc, and he will leave his shield behind to attack you. The game doesn't tell Croc's Shield's name, or HP, so it's not really an enemy. However, it attacks, can be defeated, and gives experience, so it's pretty much an enemy, so it's a demi-enemy. In the case of Hydra's dragons, she summons fire dragons and regular dragons. I consider the regular dragons demi-enemies because they can be destroyed, while the others are invincible. So I have listed the Fire Dragons in the Objects page. To put it simply: enemy-like things you can kill are demi-enemies, if you can't kill them, they're objects. Logs are an exception, because even though I'd consider them objects...the game lists them as enemies...so I'll just call them demi-enemies. (I really probably made that more complicated, but if you have any questions about this unneccessarily complicated classification system, email me).

If you're wondering about the "defense" stat, I will now explain it to you, so take notes and pay attention:
This is a stat that Hiryuu calculated by first seeing how much damage 1 attack would do to an enemy when my Level is equal to that of the enemy. When he got this value, he used its reciprocal as the Defense value (for all intents and purposes, let's say if the number is x, the reciprocal would be 1/x, and if the number was 1/x, the reciprocal would be x).
Basically, the higher the defense value, the higher the defense, but you must remember that the defense is dependant on the enemy's level. For example, a Twister has a defense value of 256 but a level of only 2. Von Hesler (2) has a defense value of 1, but a level of 16. So if I was at Level 16, I would do 64 HP damage to the Twister, but only 1 HP damage to Von Hesler. Get it? No? Well...then it's best just not to think about I guess ^_~

And as for the numbers in parentheses after each attack:
This is "attack", a stat that Hiryuu calculated by seeing how much damage each attack did to me, when I was at the same level as the enemy.
Basically, the higher the attack value, the more powerful the attack, but you must remember that the attack is dependant on the enemy's level. For example, a bomber's contact attack is 128, while Von Hesler (2) has a contact attack of 4. But Von Hesler (2) is a level 16 fighter, and Bomber's only level 2. So if I was at level 16, Von Hesler (2) would do 4 damage, but Bomber would only do 1/128 HP damage. That would mean it would have to hit you 128 times to do 1 HP damage! So attack is not always what it seems. If this confuses you, just pay no attention to it...all the time Hiryuu spent calculating this will just have been wasted...
