Grenoble to Kirof

 

Head southwest from Lorbenia to get to Grenoble.
In Grenoble, go to the house seen in the picture and give the man 50 gold to pass.
To learn more about Artea, you'll have to get the Fairy Kiss from the Old Cave for this old man. Only a woman can get it, so it looks like its up to Lufia.
Head north to the Old Cave and go to the 2nd floor.
After reaching the 2nd Floor, go east and you'll see a door. The sign on the outside reads "Only women may enter."
Go through the door and open the chest to get the Fairy Kiss. Leave the room and rejoin the others.
If you want to get the Secret Map, go south from the entrance and go east and through the door. Now return to Grenoble.
Talk to the old man, and he'll tell you that there's a tower to the northwest with Artea's apprentice inside. He'll give you a letter to present to him.

Now talk to the man behind the counter to have him assign you another quest. Head for the Old Cave to retrieve the Silver Wick.

Note: Do not equip the Broad Sword! It's cursed and will cause damage each time you hit an enemy.
On the 3rd floor, go down and through the door on the right.
Walk east and go through the door to the far right.
Walk south and go down the ladder. Then go east and north through the door. Then walk north through the next room.
Get the Silver Wick from the chest in the next room and return to Grenoble. Collect your 1000 Gold and if you're level 15 or higher, ask for another quest. If you aren't level 15 just yet, then gain levels in the Old Cave until you are.
You'll now be sent down to the 4th level after the Crown. Return to the Old Cave and go to the 4th level.
Head south then turn to your right and head east.
Go north through the poison swamp and open the chest to get the Crown. Gain levels until you're near 17, then return with the Crown.
Now head for the Northwest Tower.
Go west and walk north until you reach the wall. Turn to the right and continue down the hall then go up the stairs.
Go through the door on the right, then walk south and go through the first door on the right. Walk up the stairs.
Walk west then go south and up the stairs.
Walk north and enter the room. Talk to the man in there who is Artea's apprentice. Our Hero will show him the letter, but he won't tell you where Artea is unless you beat him in battle.
Apprentice:
If you went down to the 4th level of the Old Cave, you should be near level 17 and have the Long Sword. If you do, this battle is a joke. You'll do near 80 damage with each hit.
After the battle, he'll reveal that Artea is in Elfrea. You won't be able to get to Elfrea without an Elf helper though. It's located on a small island surrounded by 3 other islands. He'll give you a Speed Potion after you talk. Leave the Tower.
Head west across the mountains then south. Go across 2 bridges then head north into the small shrine.
The Old Man there will tell you to go on to Elfrea, even though it's far away. He'll then completely recover you. Leave the shrine.
From the shrine, walk south until you find Kirof.
In the village, poor Reyna is very sick, and no medicine can cure her. Her boyfriend Mark promises to get the Hope Ruby from Medan to make her better. Doesn't sound like the best idea... better head to Medan after him.
