Renovating

Renovating is a important part of the game if you wish to marry, then have kids.(among most)
The house you start off with is the wood house,
which allows you to watch T.V, see your stocks, dates, animal stats Ect. and save and rest.

This can be improved with wood and G, and will be a delux wood house.

This will allow you all the functions of a original house, but now you are allowed to buy a blue feather of happiness off the flea market in town on sunday for 1000g
also, get the delux house BEFORE summer is over and you'll get a clock to check the time with, which is very handy.(check with the SELECT button)
There is one more house after this, the super delux great house.

This allows the functions of the older house's but will have room for a baby. (needed if you want one!)
Heres what you need if you want to renovate:
Wood House--->250 wood+1000 g--->super delux wood house---> 500 wood+5000 g---> Super delux great wood house.
