Anime Information
A star violinist and incredible artist, Sailor Neptune is one of the members of the 4 outer senshi. Her partner, Uranus, and she like to stay on the sides until they are needed, appearing and disappearing from battle. While the Inner Senshi try to befriend her and Uranus, she tends to keep away and looks after Hotaru.
Strengths
Neptune has the best evade rating out of all the Sailor Senshi which can be incredibly useful. This allows her to be a healer for status ailments, and as an attacker she is average.
Weaknesses
Although most of her statistics are average, Neptune does have a low speed rating. Use speed accessories to make up for this unfortunate flaw.
