Although there is only one documented cheat in the game, it serves to aid the player the 2nd time around or make the game easier for first-time players.
Start all Senshi at Level 16
Hold down the X button at the title screen and press Start. When you start a new game, all of your Senshi will be at Level 16 with boosted stats.
