Have Fron use Kamaitachi twice as your first two moves. Afterwards, have Tia use her regular attack to pick off most of the knights, retreating backwards so you stay out of the knights' range. There will be one or two knights who didn't get nailed by the Kamaitachis, so after the ones who did are dead, take them out with Fron.
