My enemy description may be a bit deceptive - you're only fighting one large sandworm. However, to kill it, you have to kill 6 1-panel links of its body. Each link has 80 HP. Pair up, and put Marx in the lead. If you read the Characters section, you'll have seen that I noted that he regains AP every turn, regardless of what he does. Take him straight at the sandworm. Start smacking away with Critical, then regular attacks. Use Recover when necessary (which won't be often, since he has so much HP). Just pound away at the sandworm - Marx will miss a lot, but he can also take a beating, so ignore it when you do. Just follow the worm if it moves away and go back to pounding. You shouldn't have any trouble.
