Use Tia to first shoot down all the zombies. Remember those SlvrArrows that are described as being good against the undead...well...this is their whole purpose. Use them well. When the zombies are all down, have Tia stand in the middle of one of the four-way intersections and take shots at any of the ghosts in her range. Be careful of the ghosts - they can hit you from a number of spaces away. Even so, you should be able to shoot them down once you're in position with little problem.
