Pair up. Move forward, and use ShineArrow whenever a bat comes into range - it'll kill them in one hit each. Go ahead and use it on the goblins, too. Heck, just use Fron as an occasional human shield and let Chitta do all the work - you don't have her all the time, mine as well use her when you can, right? This is an easy battle, and you'll have no trouble with it.
