Star Spirit Powers

Hi Mario!! Twink, the little Star Kid, here! Every time you rescue a Star Spirit, they will endow you with a special power that uses Star Power. You start out with a Star Power meter of 0, but it increases by 1 every time you rescue a Star Spirit!
The Star Spirit meter refills as you battle, but you can use the "Focus" Star Power to refill it a bit more, at the expense of your turn. Each Star Power uses up a different amount of Star Power.
