Hiiiiiii~! You need a copy of the emulator Project 64, one of Jabo's graphics plug-ins, a sound plug-in, a controller plug-in and the Paper Mario ROM to play this.   Also, if you want to hack savestates you'll need the program for it.  For the emulator and plug-ins, I suggest Zophar's Domain. Search for "Hex Editors" here for a good hex editor (I use Hex Workshop). As for the ROM, try searching on Google.
